Baseline is an emerging clothing line based in Toronto, Ontario. The Founder, Leah Osobase is an outstanding artiste and she has been designing and creating eccentric looks since she was a teenager. She has plans for the future to officially start up her line but for now she is still honing her skills and building her capital.
